Warning: Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.
Machine and ventilation slots clean
Saw blade holder clean
Heavy contamination of the machine?
If yes, do not saw materials that produce a lot of dust from below or overhead.
Dust extraction used in extreme conditions?
Blow out ventilation slots frequently and install a residual current device (RCD).
Guide roller lubricated
Guide roller checked for wear
Replacing/Inserting the Saw Blade
Warning: Wear protective gloves when mounting the saw blade. Danger of injury when touching the saw blade.
Select a Saw Blade
Inserting the Saw Blade (see figure A1)
Dust cover removed if required
Saw blade inserted into the stroke rod until it latches
SDS lever automatically snaps to the rear and the saw blade is locked
Back of the saw blade is positioned in the groove of the guide roller
Check the tight seating of the saw blade
Sign off on the saw blade replacement/insertion
