Check condition / proper operation of Brake Pedal Free Play. Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Check condition / proper operation of Clutch Pedal Free Play Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Check Battery condition, cables, connections, and hold down

Adjust Alternator / Fan Belt / Air Conditioning Belt (if equipped). Replace as needed

Check the Fuel Line hose connections and clamp tension. Repair or replace as needed. Replace every two years

Empty spark arrester chamber (if equipped). Repair or replace as needed

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Before starting the machine, perform the following checks:

Check condition of Engine Oil and Filter. Refill as needed

Check condition of Transmission / HST Fluid. Adjust or replace as needed. Check level and add as needed

Check wheel bolt / nut torque at the first 10 hours, then as specified

Check tire pressures, tire condition and ensure the proper sized tires are used. Repair or replace as needed

Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed. Clean the radiator and screens

Check the condition of the hoses and tightness of the clamps. Replace as necessary

Check shaft splines. Replace damaged or missing guards, shields and covers

Check operation and the condition of the pins, links, and sway bars

Replace Engine Oil and Filter for Model: CT2025

Replace Engine Oil and Filter for Models: CT2035, CT2040, CT2535 and CT2540

Replace Transmission / HST filters

Replace primary Engine Air Filter(s)

Check condition of Hydraulic And Power Steering Hoses And Lines and check for leaks. Repair or replace as necessary

Check the condition of the radiator hoses and tightness of clamps. Replace if necessary

Check the condition of the Air Intake Hoses and tightness of clamps. Replace if necessary

Replace Engine Oil and Filter first time only

Check condition / proper operation of Wheel Bolt / Nut Torque. Adjust or replace as needed

Replace Front Axle Oil first time only

Replace Transmission / HST Filter

Check condition / proper operation of Brake Pedal Free Play. Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Check condition / proper operation of Clutch Pedal Free Play Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Grease all machinery pivot points with multipurpose lithium based grease

Sign off on the 50 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Check Battery condition, cables, connections, and hold down

Adjust the engine valve clearance

Every 800 hours or every 12 months, whichever comes first

Repair or replace injectors as needed
