Check hydraulic fluid level and add if required

Check for damage and for leaks hoses and tubelines. Repair or replace as needed

Check fluid level of Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase, Wheel Machines Only) and add if required

Check for correct operation of Hydraulic & Steering Controls (Pedals, Hand, And/ Or Joystick). Adjust as needed

Check for loose nuts and tighten as needed Wheel Nuts / Track Drive Sprockets

Check tension and adjust as needed Track Tension (Track Machines Only)

Sign off on the 50 Hours Loader Maintenance

Empty spark chamber. (If equipped Spark Arrestor Muffler.)

Check battery for damage, hold down clamps, cables, connections and electrolyte level. Add distilled water as needed

Lubricate drive line Engine-to-Pump Coupler with multipurpose lithium based grease. (If equipped.)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

NOTE: The following steps are to be performed before starting the loader.

If not, add as needed. Do not overfill. Change oil and filter after first 50 Hrs.

Engine air filter indicator and/ or display in good condition?

Service only when required. Do not use compressed air to clean elements.

Any leaks or damaged components in the engine air system?

If yes, report to the maintenance team.

Is the grill, oil cooler and radiator of engine cooling system clean from debris?

Replacement of filter in Fan / Hydraulic / Hydrostatic System

Replacement of reservoir breather cap

Replacement of Steering Valve Inline Filter (Aws Only)

Replacement of oil in Hydrostatic Motor Carrier (Track Machines Only)

Sign off on the 500 Hours Loader Maintenance

Replaced fluid on Hydraulic Reservoir

Replaced fluid on Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase On Wheel Machines Only)

Replaced fluid (If required) in Track Roller, Idler Assemblies (Track Machines Only)

Replaced Drive Motor Case Drain Filter (If equipped)

Repacked wheel bearings, greased internal splines in hub yoke. (Dealer Service Only) Wheel Bearing & Outer Splines (Aws Only)
