Accessing the Interior of the Unit

Vacuum and scrape to remove dirt and debris

Is additional lubrication required for the motor(s)?

Disconnect and lockout power from the unit

Ensure all service is performed by qualified personnel

Disconnect the wire harness from the motor(s)

Label and remove power wires and thermal cutout circuit wires from the heater assemblies

Remove (4) #12 self-drilling sheet metal screws using a 5/16” hex driver

Hold the module in place by pushing up onto the motor

Ensure the blower module remains in place during the procedure.

Identify and label all wires on the heaters to be replaced.

Remove fasteners from heaters to be replaced.

Reinstall new heaters in reverse order of removal.

Verify all connections are secure after installation.
