6 Monthly Air Curtains Unit Cleaning
Safety Precautions
Disconnect power from the unit
Lockout power from the unit
Blower Module Removal
Remove the Bottom Access Panel
Disconnect the wire harness from the motor(s)
Label and remove power wires and thermal cutout circuit wires from the heater assemblies
Remove (4) #12 self-drilling sheet metal screws
Hold the module in place and remove the top, final (2) screws
2 Monthly Air Curtains Parts Cleaning
Safety Precautions
Disconnect power to the unit
Wear safety goggles
Accessing the Interior of the Unit
Remove the intake grille
Remove the bottom access panel
Cleaning the Unit
Vacuum and scrape dirt and debris
Is the motor lubricated?
Electric Heater Element Replacement
Preparation
Ensure the blower module remains in place
Identify and label wires on heaters to be replaced
Removal of Old Heaters
Remove power connections from heaters
Remove thermal cutout circuit connections from 'Half' heaters
Remove self-drilling screws from 'Full' heaters
Remove self-tapping screws from 'Half' heaters
Installation of New Heaters
