1 Daily Display Check
Warning: Before carrying out any maintenance, repair or adjustment, stop the compressor, press emergency stop button and switch off the voltage. Close the air outlet valve and open the manual condensate drain valve(s)
Check the display for readings and messages
Check if alarm LED (3) is alight or blinks
Check if the display shows a service message
Check if the component needs to be replaced, oil changed or drive motor greased
Check if the relevant timer needs to be reset
Check the actual compressor condition including the temperatures and pressures, the status of controlling the compressor (automatic or manual, local or remote) and the status of the compressor start/stop timer (active or not active)
Check that condensate is discharged during loading every 1 Day
Sign off on the daily display check
2000 Hourly / 1 Yearly HD Roto-Inject Fluid Oil Change
Run the compressor until warm
Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage
Depressurize by unscrewing plug only one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape
Loosen vent plugs on top of the coolers (GR)
Drain the oil by removing the drain plugs
Tighten the plugs after draining
Remove filler plug
Fill the air receiver with oil until the level reaches the filler opening
Reinstall and tighten plug
3 Monthly Stationary Air Compressor Maintenance
Operate the safety valve by unscrewing the cap one or two turns and retightening it
Remove, dismantle and clean float valve of condensate trap(s)
Clean compressor
Check for possible leaks
Sign off on the compressor maintenance
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Air Filter Change
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off
Filters removed
New filters fitted
Air filter service warning reset using key <<Reset>> in submenu <<Service>>
Sign off on the air filter change
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil Filter Change
Safety Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped, voltage is switched off and the system is depressurized before starting the procedure.
Depressurized the system by unscrewing plug only one turn?
Provided an oil pan to avoid possible oil spilling?
Removed oil filters?
Cleaned the filter seats on the manifold?
Oiled the gaskets of the new filters and screwed them into place until the gaskets contact their seats, then tightened by hand?
Tightened filler plug?
Reset the oil filter service warning using key <<Reset>> in submenu <<Service>>?
Sign off on the oil filter change
