1 Daily Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Check
Check oil level
Check readings on display
Check that condensate is discharged during loaded operation
Drain condensate (compressed air receiver)
Check the pressure dew-point temperature (compressors with integrated dryer)
Sign off on the daily compressor check
1 Monthly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Inspection
Inspect condenser of dryer and clean if necessary
Press the test button on top of the electronic water drain (EWD)
Open the manual drain valve(s) (Dm, Dm1) to clean the filter inside the EWD
Sign off on the monthly inspection
1 Yearly Safety Valve Testing
WARNING! No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve. Before removing the valve, depressurise the compressor.
Valve (SV) opens at the set pressure stamped on the valve
Valve (SV1) opens at the set pressure stamped on the valve
Test temperature shut-down function
Sign off on the safety valve testing
200 Hourly / 1 Monthly Collector Oil Level Check
Enter the current oil level in the collector
Is the collector nearly full?
If the collector is nearly full, follow the next steps
Disconnect oil tube
Deliver the oil to the local oil collection service
Reinstall an empty collector
Sign off on the oil level check
3 Monthly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Check coolers, clean if necessary
On Full-Feature units: check condenser of dryer and clean if necessary
Remove the air filter element and inspect. If necessary, clean using an air jet. Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements
Check the filter element of the electric cabinet (if applicable). Replace if necessary
