Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping

Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation

Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week

Check the belt tension after 50 running hours

WARNING: Ensure the compressor is stopped, the air outlet valve is closed and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure.

Compressor stopped and voltage switched off?

Front panel and top panel of the compressor housing removed?

Filter cover (AF) unscrewed and filter element removed?

Old air filter element discarded?

New element fitted and filter cover screwed on?

Enter the current hour reading of the compressor

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the element outlet temperature

Select the appropriate oil based on the temperature readings

Based on the temperature readings, determine the exchange interval

Select the exchange interval based on the temperature readings

Is filter replacement necessary?

Sign off on the filter maintenance

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the cleaning process.

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed?

Dirt removed from the cooler with a fibre brush?

Did you use a wire brush or metal objects?

Warning: Never use a wire brush or metal objects for cleaning.
