1 Daily Drawer Cleaning
Preparation
Turn off the rocker switch (power on/off)
Unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding
Remove parts from inside warmer drawer
Remove water tray and baffle(s)
Wash all parts in soap and water and rinse in clear water
Clean exterior of the unit
Wipe exterior of unit with a damp cloth or stainless steel cleaner
Hi-limit Thermostat Replacement
Preparation
Turn off rocker switch (power on/off)
Unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding
Disassembly
Remove the drawer
Remove the water tray
Carefully turn unit over
Remove the base plate (3)
Thermostat Control Replacement
Turn off rocker switch, unplug the power cord, and allow the unit to cool down
Remove the drawer and water tray
Remove thermostat element from tube clip on inside of unit
Carefully turn unit over and remove the base plate
Disconnect wires from thermostat control
Remove knob from front of control
Install replacement control by reversing steps 2-6
Post replacement check
Ensure all parts are securely reattached
Power Cord Replacement
Preparation
Turn off rocker switch (power on/off)
Unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding
Disassembly
Remove the drawer and water tray
Carefully turn unit over and remove the base plate
Disconnect power cord wires from terminal block
Remove strain relief nut
1 Weekly Drawer Cleaning
Preparation
Turn off the rocker switch (power on/off)
Unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding
Remove all parts from the drawer
Remove water tray and baffle(s)
Wash parts in soap and water
Rinse parts in clear water
Pull warmer drawer out
