Water Pressure Regulator Check
Preparation
Shut off the water supply valve to the unit
Unscrew the strainer cup and remove the mesh strainer screen
Cleaning
Flush debris from the strainer cup and mesh strainer screen at the sink
Ensure the mesh strainer screen is not damaged
Reassembly
Place the mesh strainer screen into its seat at the bottom of the strainer cup
Confirm the orange O-ring is properly seated
Top Cover Adjustment
Rear Hinge Bracket Adjustment
Loosen the four rear hinge bracket screws one turn only
Push down on the top cover heavily to ensure the gasket is seated squarely around the Generator
While maintaining the downward pressure, re-tighten the screws
Post Adjustment Check
Is the top cover properly aligned after adjustment?
Check for any visible gaps in the gasket seating
1 Daily Warmer Maintenance
Preparation
Turn the power off and unplug the power cord.
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding.
Water Pressure Check
Check the water pressure regulator gauge (DFW/DFWT/DFWF-200/250 units only).
Is the water pressure within the normal range?
Adjust the water pressure if necessary and describe the adjustments made.
Check for leakage and tighten or replace parts if needed.
Cleaning
1 Monthly Warmer Maintenance
Turn off the power and unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool down before proceeding
Perform the Daily Cleaning without reassembling the unit
Remove the spray tube by lifting the loose end and pulling it out of the generator hole
Slide the metal cover off of the spray tube
Clear out all of the tube’s holes using a paper clip
Gently wash the tube under running water to clear the deposits out of the loose end
Reattach the cover onto the tube
Ensure the spray tube is not bent
