1 Yearly Hersink Maintenance
Warning: Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.
Drive stopped and disconnected from the power line?
No voltage measured after 5 minutes?
Cooling fan(s) removed?
Clean, dry and oil free compressed air blown from bottom to top and simultaneously used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust?
Note: If there is a risk of dust entering adjoining equipment, perform the cleaning in another room.
Cooling fan(s) reinstalled?
Sign off on the Hersink maintenance
9 Yearly Battery Replacement
Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure.
Control panel removed from the drive
Battery cover removed using a coin
Type of battery used for replacement
Old battery disposed according to local disposal rules or applicable laws
Sign off on the battery replacement
1 Yearly Drive Maintenance
Quality of supply voltage checked?
Spare part stock inspected?
Reforming of DC circuit capacitors inspected?
Tightness of cable and busbar terminals checked and tightened if needed?
Ambient conditions (dustiness, moisture, temperature) checked?
Control panel cleaned with a soft damp cloth?
