Drive stopped and disconnected from power line

Voltage measurement confirms no power

Fan assembly levered off the drive frame

Fan assembly installed in reverse order

Sign off on the fan replacement

Quality of supply voltage check

Inspection of reforming of DC circuit capacitors

Checking tightness of cable and busbar terminals

Tightening of cable and busbar terminals needed?

Checking ambient conditions (dustiness, moisture, temperature)

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the control panel. Avoid harsh cleaners which could scratch the display window.

Sign off on the 1 Yearly Drive Maintenance

Warning: Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.

Drive stopped and disconnected from the power line?

Waited for 5 minutes and measured no voltage?

Cleaned with clean, dry and oil free compressed air from bottom to top and simultaneously used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust?

Note: If there is a risk of dust entering adjoining equipment, perform the cleaning in another room.

Sign off on the Hersink maintenance

Battery cover removed using a coin

New battery (type CR2032) inserted

Disposal method for old battery

Sign off on the battery replacement
