Is there excessive water accumulation inside the unit?

Is there water collected underneath the unit?

Check if the drain tube is connected from the evaporator housing to the condensate evaporator drain pan.

Ensure the condensate evaporator drain tube is located inside the drain pan.

Is the unit placed on a level surface?

Check that the door gaskets are in proper condition

Is it necessary to order a new gasket?

Call 1-800-733-8829 to find a local parts distributor. Have the model and serial number available when calling the distributor.

Tighten the screws that mount the hinge brackets to the frame if necessary.

Prepare warm soapy water for cleaning

Clean the gasket with warm soapy water

Avoid using full strength cleaning products on the gasket

Ensure no sharp tools or knives are used during cleaning

Check if gasket needs replacement

Remove the old gasket by pulling it out of the groove

Press the new gasket into place

Unplug power cord and move products from inside unit to walk-in.

Clean exterior with EXCEED Glass and Multi Surface Cleaner.

Sanitize exterior with McD Sanitizer Solution.

Remove shelves from interior and clean with EXCEED Glass and Multi Surface Cleaner.

Sanitize interior, shelves, and gasket with McD Sanitizer Solution.

Remove exterior back with 5/16” nut driver

Condenser Location and Cleaning

Locate condenser on back of unit

Clean condenser using appropriate method
