Check to ensure the emergency stop functions as intended.

Ensure the couplings of the incremental and absolute encoders are properly attached.

Check the condition and tightness of tool magazine drive belt and gripper feeder drive belt.

Check the condition of Gripper feeder cable carrier.

Check the condition of wires and couplings.

Clean the air filters of electrical cabinet.

Check the condition of hoses and cylinders.

Clean Tool magazine and infeed/outfeed levels.

Check oil amount of lubrication unit. Add when needed.

Inspect that parts and equipment are attached properly and if needed tighten any loosened screws.

Inspect that sensors are working properly (indicator light)

Check air pressure service unit

Check air pressure equipment by the rule of thumb and listen to any leaks.

Check the tightness of screws, clearances, condition of bearings and wires, etc. and adjust or repair as necessary.

Clean the machine thoroughly and oil any otherwise unprotected surfaces.

Lubricate punching tools by adding few drops of oil to openings in the centre of tool tops.

Check that punching result of the tools is good and that tools are sharp and unbroken.

Monitor the general functioning of the system. Any detected faults or deficiencies must be repaired without delay.

Clean the system of foreign objects and maintain general cleanliness.

Check to ensure that guards are firmly attached and in good condition. The guards must be attached and undamaged before starting the system.

Check to ensure the good operation of safety devices. The system may not be used if the machine can be run on automatic mode despite a safety device having been tripped.

If the machine starts making abnormal noises, stop the machine immediately and inspect where the noise is coming from, so the machine can be fixed as soon as possible.
