Ensure wiring is in accordance with local and national electrical codes

Protect wires against mechanical damage using a conduit or other suitable means

Are the electrical ratings within the stated limits on the product housing?

Is the DIN connector (Option M515, Figure 4) used outside Class I, Div. 1 hazardous locations/flameproof atmospheres?

ATEX Installation Requirements

Is an external grounding screw (Option M460) used for non-metallic conduit systems?

Pressure Switch Mounting

Safety Precautions

Read and understand all safety instructions before installation

Mounting Instructions

Select the mounting type

For pressure models, use a wrench on pressure connection wrench flat

For differential pressure models, mount against a rigid support and connect high and low pressure connections

For assemblies with junction boxes, mount vertically with pressure connection down

Panel Mounting

Mount through 7/8" clearance hole in panel

Pressure Switch Set Point Adjustment

Gather necessary tools

Connect control to pressure source

Disconnect power and slide cover

Ensure power is disconnected

Slide cover toward electrical terminations while twisting to overcome friction

Connect power to terminals or leads

Adjust pressure switch set point

Insert screwdriver into adjustment slot

Turn screwdriver clockwise to increase setting or counter clockwise to decrease setting
