Evaporator Housing Replacement

Disassemble Evaporator Housing

Remove the front face of the Evaporator Housing

Unscrew the screws from the suction line cover(B) and remove it

Remove Evaporator Housing guideL and guideR by unscrewing the ten screws located at each side of the Evaporator

Refer to the figure of disassembled refrigeration compartments

Unscrew the screws at both sides of suction line cover(A)

Disconnect the connector from the lamp harness

Run this procedure

Evaporator Fan Motor Replacement

Preparation

Ensure the refrigeration unit is powered off

Gather necessary tools and replacement parts

Fan Motor Removal

Pull out the fan motor connector

Unscrew the four screws at the bottom of the fan motor

Post Replacement Check

Verify the new fan motor is securely installed

Reconnect the fan motor connector

Run this procedure

Condensing Unit Maintenance

Compressor Compartment Parts

Disassemble the Bottom Grille

Unscrew the four screws at front of the compressor base

Unscrew the four screws at rear of the compressor base

Pull out of the condensing unit

Run this procedure

Door Replacement

Solid Door Model

Select the door model

Unscrew the screw top hinge assembly

Lift the door

Glass Door Model

Select the door model

Unscrew the last screw while pushing the hinge

Rotate the hinge 90° clockwise after unscrewing

Lift the door
