Disconnect all incoming power before servicing the unit

Inspect blower and motor for accumulation of dust and dirt

Clean blower and motor if necessary

Ensure motor has cooled before continuing service

Disconnect all incoming power before servicing the unit

Remove blower and motor assemblies to access coils

Inspect coil for accumulation of dust and dirt

Disconnect all incoming power before any electrical installation or service is performed on the unit(s).

Ensure line power is off to the Fan Coil Control Panel.

Verify that incoming line voltage has been disconnected.

Open the control panel and disconnect any incoming wires not integrated in the enclosure (e.g., main supply and motor wires).

Use a utility knife to cut the sealant between the perimeter of the control panel and the outlet ductwork.

Remove the screws securing the control panel to the outlet ductwork using a ¼" driver.
