Inspect blower and motor for accumulation of dust and dirt
Clean blower and motor if necessary
Ensure motor has cooled before continuing service

Safety Precautions
Disconnect all incoming power before any electrical installation or service is performed on the unit(s).
Ensure line power is off to the Fan Coil Control Panel.
Verify that incoming line voltage has been disconnected.
Control Panel Preparation
Open the control panel and disconnect any incoming wires not integrated in the enclosure (e.g., main supply and motor wires).
Control Panel Removal
Use a utility knife to cut the sealant between the perimeter of the control panel and the outlet ductwork.
Remove the screws securing the control panel to the outlet ductwork using a ¼" driver.
