Is the vacuum level as expected?

Flow Rate and Temperature Check

Enter the flow rate of the operating liquid

Enter the temperature of the operating liquid

Enter the temperature of the cooling liquid

Are the flow rate and temperatures within the expected range (+/- 10°)?

Ensure the pump has completely stopped before handling

Drain the pump or close the pipes using a valve to prevent sudden rotation

Wait for the pump to cool to avoid contact with high temperature surfaces

Disconnect the power supply and any other connections

Ensure power supply is restored only by the maintenance operator

Ensure the presence of at least two operators and inform the foreman of maintenance in progress

Use appropriate protective devices

Follow the safety standards listed in Chapter 2

DANGER! Danger due to collision, crushing or harm.

Ensure the pump has completely stopped before handling.
