Does the unit have a dirty filter warning light?

If the dirty filter light is on, clean or replace the filters.

Remove the burner side access panel

Remove the screws holding the burner side access panel

Disconnect the pilot supply line from the gas valve

Disconnect the ignition cable from the ignition controller

Remove the burner side access panel

Disconnect gas manifold at ground union joint

Remove the screws holding the manifold to the heat exchanger support

Slide the manifold through the manifold bracket

Ensure the unit is free from dust, dirt, grease, and foreign matter

Check the burner port and pilot burner orifice

Check the air shutters and main burner orifices

Blower Bearings Inspection and Maintenance

Check the blower bearings for the following issues

Are the blower bearings properly lubricated?

Lubricate the blower bearings as per manufacturer's recommendations

Do the blower bearings need replacement due to wear?

Drive Sheaves and Belts Inspection

Inspect the drive sheaves and belts for the following conditions

Are the drive sheaves and belts in good condition?

Adjust or replace drive sheaves and belts if necessary
