Heat Exchanger / Lev Removal

Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the electrical box and the nozzle assembly

Remove the water cut

Remove the pipe thermistors

Disconnect the connector (CN60) on the indoor controller board and the connector for ground wire

Remove 3 screws fixing the left side of the heat exchanger

Remove the heat exchanger with LEV

Run this procedure

Nozzle Assembly / Drain Hose Removal

Remove the panel and corner box

Remove the electrical box covers

Disconnect the vane motor connector (CN151) on the indoor controller board

Pull out the drain hose from the nozzle assembly, and remove nozzle assembly

Run this procedure

Liquid Pipe Thermistor / Gas Pipe Thermistor Removal

Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the electrical box covers

Remove the water cut

Remove the liquid pipe thermistor and gas pipe thermistors

Disconnect the connector on the indoor controller board

Run this procedure

Panel Removal

Unlock and remove the front grille

Remove screw caps and screws from the panel

Unfix hooks

Remove the panel

Remove the corner box

Run this procedure

Vane Motor Removal

Remove the nozzle assembly

Remove 2 screws of the vane motor unit cover

Pull out the vane motor unit

Remove 2 screws of the vane motor unit

Remove the vane motor from the vane motor unit

Disconnect the connector from the vane motor

Run this procedure
