Switch off the oven and allow it to cool.

Turn off the electric supply circuit breaker(s) and disconnect the electric supply to the oven.

If necessary, disconnect the gas supply connection before moving the oven.

Check that the oven is cool and the power is disconnected.

Clean the outside of the oven with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

Clean all cooling fan grills and vent openings with a stiff nylon brush.

Check that all cooling fans are operating properly.

Pre-Maintenance Safety Procedures

Switch off the oven and allow it to cool

Turn off the electric supply circuit breaker(s) and disconnect the electric supply to the oven

Disconnect the gas supply connection if moving the oven for cleaning or servicing

Check that the oven is cool and the power is disconnected

Remove the drive motor shroud and conveyor extension covers

Disconnect the drive chain from the sprocket on the drive shaft of the conveyor

Slide the conveyor out of the oven

Switch off the oven and allow it to cool.

Turn off the electric supply circuit breaker(s) and disconnect the electric supply to the oven.

If necessary, disconnect the gas supply connection before moving the oven.

Return the oven to its original location and adjust the legs properly on the floor.

Reconnect the electrical supply.

Turn on the full-flow gas safety valve and test the gas line connections for leaks.

Pre-Maintenance Safety Procedures

Switch off the oven and allow it to cool.

Turn off the electric supply circuit breaker(s) and disconnect the electric supply to the oven.

If necessary, disconnect the gas supply connection before moving the oven.

Return the oven to its original location and adjust the legs properly.

Reconnect the electrical supply.

Test the gas line connections for leaks using approved leak test substances or thick soap suds.
