Disconnect the unit from the power supply

Record the current working hours of the motor

Inspect the motor bearings for wear and damage

Filter Element Removal and Cleaning

Open the toggle clamps holding the cover to the filter body

Clean the filter element by blowing it with compressed air

Remove any dust present inside the filter

Clean the inner parts of the cover and body with a damp cloth

Are the seals on the two cartridge plates and the gasket between the body and cover damaged?

CAUTION: Mark positions accurately during disassembly

Disconnect the electric cables from the motor terminal box

Unscrew the screws from the supporting feet and place the machine on a work-bench

Select the model type for silencer removal

Unscrew the wing nut and remove the protective hood

Clean the cartridge by blowing it with compressed air from the inside

Cartridge Inspection and Replacement

Inspect the cartridge for damage

Replace the cartridge if damaged

Replace the cartridge every 1000 working hours regardless of condition

Check the motor fan cowl grill for dirt

Disconnect the power supply before cleaning

Ensure the machine is stopped before removing the motor fan cowl

Remove the motor fan cowl by unscrewing the fixing screws

Clean the cowl and the fan with a brush and a damp cloth

Ensure proper cleaning tools are used
