Machine cleaned with a low pressure airstream
Power, Output and Control printed circuit boards and heat sinks cleaned
Power switch cleaned
Main Transformer cleaned
Input Rectifier cleaned
Sign off on the machine cleaning
Welding Machine Routine Maintenance
Is the cutting or gouging area and the area around the machine clean and free of combustible materials?
Is the sheet metal case free from dents or breakage?
Are all external sheet metal screws in place to ensure case strength and electrical ground continuity?
Is the air regulator filter free from clogs?
Is the filter element free from clogs?
If the filter element is clogged, replace it by following these steps:
Remove the two screws that attach the filter cage to the back panel assembly.
Slide the cage away from the back of the machine and remove.
Twist the clear filter bowl until it comes off.
