Check chain movement around the hand wheel

Clean the chain if it binds, jumps, 'clicks', or is excessively noisy

Replace the chain if problem persists

Run trolley under no load condition to check for smooth operation

Does the trolley run smoothly and not tilt when a light load is applied?

If movement is not smooth, describe the cause and actions taken

Select the inspection frequency based on usage

Inspect all items in 'Periodic Inspection'

Traversing function: Does the trolley run smoothly with a light load?

Side plate deformation: Are dimensions A and B within 2mm?

Track wheel abrasion: Is the abrasion within acceptable limits?

Nameplate: Is it present and legible?
