1 Monthly Safety Block Sieve Cleaning

Unpressurize the appliance

Loosen covering nut and take off hose

Take out sieve

Note: If necessary turn in screw M8 appr. 0.2 in/5 mm inwards and therewith pull out sieve

Clean sieve in water

Push sieve inwards

Put on hose

Tighten covering nut firmly

Sign off on the sieve cleaning

Run this procedure

1 Weekly Water Connection Sieve Cleaning

ATTENTION! Risk of damage! In case of lacteous oil inform Kärcher customer service immediately

Sieve in the water connection cleaned

Did you find lacteous oil?

Sieve taken out

Sieve cleaned in water

Sieve reinstalled

Sign off on the sieve cleaning

Run this procedure

1 Monthly Suck Hose Filter Cleaning

Clean filter at the detergent suck hose

Take out detergent suck supports

Clean filter in water and reinstall

Sign off on the filter cleaning

Run this procedure

500 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil Change

Oil Change Procedure

Is the oil change due (500 operating hours or 1 year)?

If not, skip the following steps and proceed to boiler check

Enter the amount of oil drained (in liters)

Was the old oil disposed of ecologically or turned in at a gathering point?

Is the release screw tightened?

Enter the amount of new oil filled (up to the MAX marking)

Were air pockets allowed to leak out during oil filling?

Enter the type of oil used (refer to technical specifications)

Washer Maintenance

DANGER! Risk of injury by inadvertent start-up of appliance and electric shock. Prior to all work on the appliance, switch off the appliance and pull the power plug

Water supply shut off

Hand spray gun opened

Pump switched on and allowed to run for about 5-10 seconds

Hand spray gun closed

Appliance switch set to '0/OFF'

Main plug pulled out of socket with dry hands only

Water connection removed

Hand spray gun activated until device is pressure less
