Warning: Ensure no parts of the system are under pressure or electrically powered before starting maintenance.

Condensate is drained regularly
1 Yearly / 2000 Hourly Dryer Maintenance
Before attempting any maintenance operation, make sure that, no parts of the system are:
1. Under pressure.
2. Electrically powered.
• Check if the flexible tube used for condensate drainage is damaged and replace it if necessary.
• Replace the Service Unit of the Electronic drain discharge (If present).
• Check if all connecting pipes are properly tightened and fixed.
• Check glycol circuit.
• At the end of the above mentioned operations, check if the dryer is working properly. This includes compressor, circulating pump and condensor fan.;
1 Monthly / 200 Hourly Dryer Maintenance
Safety Warning: Ensure no parts of the system are under pressure or electrically powered before starting maintenance.
Condenser cleaned with compressed air without damaging the condenser fins.
Dryer working properly after maintenance, including compressor, circulating pump and condensor fan.
Check the condition of filters installed with the dryer
Filters replaced as needed.
Drain operation checked, screen for solenoid drains inspected for debris.
Sign off on the dryer maintenance
