INFEED AND DISCHARGE PULLEYS AT DIVERTS

Pulley installed in the high position on the infeed end

Pulley installed in the low position at the discharge end

Enter the lowered pulley measurement (should be approximately 1/8'')

Enter the diverter height (should be 5/32 in. above the top of the belt)

Diverter adjusted to proper height

Sign off on the diverter adjustment

Diverter in the straight through position

Straight-edge against a diverter wheel support angle square with the conveyor frame

Jam nut loosened away from the rod end on the diverter cylinder rod

Bolt holding the rod end to the diverter pivot bar removed

Rod end on the cylinder rod adjusted as needed to achieve proper alignment of the pivoting diverter wheels

Jam nut tightened, rod end bolt replaced, and re-checked for squareness

Sign off on the diverter wheel alignment
