Automatic filter cleaning precautions

Ensure no hard objects or pointed instruments are used for cleaning the filter element

Ensure compressed air is not used for cleaning the filter element

Disconnect the supply cord plug from the power outlet

Carefully remove the filter element, gripping it at the areas provided in the holder

Clean the sealing surface with a cloth

Ensure electrical parts are repaired only by trained electrical specialists.

Wear personal protective equipment.

Keep the appliance clean and free from oil and grease

Do not use cleaning agents containing silicone.

Ensure air vents are not blocked.

Clean air vents using a dry brush.

Clean outer surfaces with a slightly damp cloth.

Ensure the supply cord does not lie in a puddle of water.

Check the following cords for damage

Is there any damage to the supply or extension cords?

Disconnect the supply cord plug from the power outlet if damage is found.

Describe the damage found on the cords.

Ensure replacement of damaged cords by Hilti Service.

Engage the wheel brakes so that the vacuum cleaner stands securely

Disconnect the supply cord plug from the power outlet

Lift the vacuum cleaner top section away from the waste material container and place it on a level surface

Check the cut-out contacts and clean them with a brush if necessary

Check the seal at the vacuum cleaner top section and clean it with a cloth if necessary
