Dismantling the diaphragm and valves

Empty dosing head and flush if necessary

Set pump to 'Stop' using the [Start/stop] key

Press [Start/stop] and [100%] keys to put diaphragm into 'out' position

Ensure returning liquid is safely collected

Loosen screws (8) on dosing head and remove with discs

Is there any liquid leaking from the drain opening?

Is the drain opening blocked or soiled?

Dosing Head and Valves Inspection

Is there any liquid leaking from the dosing head or valves?

Tighten dosing head screws with a torque wrench

Tighten valves and cap nuts if necessary

Is there a service requirement present at the pump display?

Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified staff

Inspection of Diaphragms and Valves

Check for signs of wear on the following parts

Are there any signs of wear on the diaphragms or valves?

Replace worn parts with original spare parts made from suitable materials

Record any issues or observations during the maintenance
