Gardner Denver Air Dryer RHP3000

WARNING! THIS FILTER IS A PRESSURE CONTAINING DEVICE. DEPRESSURIZE BEFORE SERVICING.

Is the dryer isolated (inlet and outlet valves closed) or air supply shut off?

Depressurize filter by slowly opening manual drain by-pass valve

Disconnect drain line from bottom of separator

Remove and replace complete element

Install new filter element and bowl with new O-rings properly seated to head or bowl

Connect drain line and replace panel

1. Air-cooled - clean off accumulated dust and dirt monthly or as necessary in dirty environments.

2. Water-cooled - clean strainer monthly, more often if required. Shut off water, remove small plug to relieve pressure, then remove large plug to remove strainer. Clean strainer and replace.

Also check separator daily to be sure automatic drain is discharging and blow down separator weekly by pushing test button on control panel.;
