Power Supply Unit Overvoltage Detection Circuit Adjustment
Prepare the jumper connector P8 and change the fuse as needed
Set R21 fully clockwise on the PWR board
Connect a variable transformer between ship's mains and the input power terminal board TB-1 in the processor unit
Adjust the variable transformer output for input voltage to the processor unit
Turn on the radar and rotate R21 counterclockwise until the overvoltage detection circuit activates
Lower the output voltage of the variable transformer and confirm radar turns on below threshold
Gradually increase the output voltage of the variable transformer and confirm overvoltage detection circuit activates at threshold
Assemble and connect the power supply unit
Sweep Timing Adjustment
Initial Setup
Transmit on the 0.25 nm range
Adjust the radar picture controls to display picture properly
Target Selection
Select a target echo which should be displayed straightly
Timing Adjustment
On the ECHO ADJ menu, choose 4 TIMING ADJ
Spin the thumbwheel to set a suitable value which causes the target to be displayed straightly
