Replace the sensor module or main electronics

Sign off on the sensor module replacement

Warning: Keep the pressure compensation and GORE-TEX® filter (1) free from contamination.

Endress+Hauser provides flushing rings as an accessory to enable cleaning of the process isolating diaphragm without removing the transmitter from the process.

Please note the following points when cleaning the device:

The cleaning agents used should not corrode the surface and the seals.

Mechanical damage to the process isolating diaphragm, e.g. due to sharp objects, must be avoided.

Observe the degree of protection of the device. See the nameplate if necessary.

Sign off on the Deltabar cleaning

Upload the saved configuration of the old device

Was the configuration successfully transferred to the new device?

Is the new device measuring correctly without calibration?

Sign off on the Deltabar replacement

Relevant standards and national regulations as well as safety instructions (XA) and certificates must be observed.

Only genuine Endress+ Hauser spare parts used

Device designation on the nameplate

Identical parts used as replacements

Repairs carried out according to the instructions

Device fulfills the requirements of the individual tests specified for that device after repair

A certified device may be converted to another certified device version by Endress+Hauser Service only.
