Inspect the combustion chamber for damage

Heat Exchanger and Flue Pipe Maintenance

Inspect the heat exchanger and flue pipe

Shut off power to the furnace before cleaning

Brush off scale and soot from inside the drum and flue pipe

Remove and inspect the flue connector for cleaning

Inspect the air filter(s) for cleanliness and damage

Was the filter cleaned or replaced?

Inspect the furnace for signs of issues

Is there any issue that requires contacting a service contractor?

Record any issues found and actions taken
