Ensure the pressure has dropped to zero

Unscrew and remove bell-housing by hand (Fig. 16)

Remove the motor piston by pulling it up (Fig. 17)

Remove rod and plunger piston along with the motor piston

Change and reassemble in the reverse order

Allow the pressure to drop to zero

Pull downwards to remove the suction tube (Fig. 27)

Dismantle and clean the suction valve

Unscrew and take off the suction valve retaining nut (Fig. 28)

Is the pressure in the DOSATRON at zero?

Allow the pressure to drop to zero

Unscrew the blocking ring (Fig. 13)

Adjust the nut to align the eyelet peaks with the desired ratio on the scale (Fig. 14)

Tighten the blocking ring (Fig. 15)

Ensure the pressure has dropped to zero

Remove the suction tube of product (Fig. 24)

Unscrew the retaining ring (Fig. 25)

Remove the injection assembly by pulling downwards (Fig. 26)

Change the seals, the suction valve, and the barbed fitting

Re-assemble the components in reverse order by hand

Ensure no tools or metallic utensils are used

Wear protective eyewear and gloves

Operate the DOSATRON to inject clean water and rinse the injection system

Pinch the component and the seal between finger and thumb, push to deform the seal

Increase deformation to grip the exposed part of the seal and pull it out of its groove

Clean the seal seating without any tools
