Is the inverter system malfunctioning?

If the inverter system is not malfunctioning, report the status to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Switch to the power transistor check mode of inverter in the service mode setting

Disconnect the compressor wiring before conducting the check operation

Is the voltage balance between phases U-V, V-W, W-U within ±5%?

Sign off on the power transistor check

During check operation, mount front panel to avoid the misjudging.

Check operation is mandatory for normal unit operation.

If the check operation is not executed, alarm code 'U3' will be displayed.

Check if the LED 'H1P' turns OFF, the system is set to 'Setting mode 1'.

Press and hold the TEST OPERATION button (BS4) on outdoor unit PC board for 5 seconds.

Check refrigerant for over charge.

Pipe length automatic judgement.

Is the grounding work completed?

Is the insulation of the main power supply circuit deteriorated?
