Remove screws holding rear corner posts and top cover in place

Pivot top cover up 305 to 457 mm (12 to 18 in.) and support with a rigid support

Remove any foreign objects or debris from the coil face or mounting frame

Purge any soap or industrial cleaners from hose and/or dilution tank

Clean condenser face by spraying the coil core steadily and uniformly from top to bottom

Ensure nozzle is at least 30 cm (12 in.) from the coil face

Remove screws holding rear corner post and top cover in place

Pivot top cover up 305 to 457 mm (12 to 18 inches) and support with a rigid support

Remove all surface loaded fibers and dirt with a vacuum cleaner or soft non-metallic bristle brush

Wet finned surfaces with clean water using a low velocity garden hose

Mix Totaline environmentally sound coil cleaner in a 9.5 liter (2.5 gallon) garden sprayer

Condenser coil cleanliness checked

Fan shaft bearing locking collar tightness checked

Check the following air conditioning components

Was the evaporator coil cleaned?

Enter the evaporator blower motor amperage

Verify the following heating components

Economizer or Outside Air Damper

Inspect the following economizer or outside air damper components
