100 Hours Telehandler Maintenance

Battery electrolyte level checked and distilled water added as needed

Enter the wheel nut torque

Wheel nut torque checked every 8 hours for the first 24 hours

Universal joints and slip yoke on drive shaft lubricated with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Spark Arrestor Muffler cleaned and in working condition

Spark Chamber dumped every 100 hours of operation

Is this machine operated on flammable forest, brush or grass covered land?

Spark Arrestor attached to the exhaust system and maintained in working order

Failure to maintain Spark Arrestor will be in violation of California State Law, Section 4442. PRC

Hydraulic fluid replaced

Axle fluid level checked

Engine outer air filter element replaced?

Fuel filter element replaced with genuine Bobcat filter?

Hydraulic oil filter element replaced with genuine Bobcat filter?

Hydrostatic oil filter element replaced with genuine Bobcat filter?

Sign off on the 500 hours telehandler maintenance

50 Hours Telehandler Maintenance

Check the outer primary air filter element. Do not use compressed air to clean the filter. Check air filter system for damage or leaks.

Lubricate axle steering pivot points with multi-purpose lithium based grease.

Lubricate front axle pivot (if so equipped)with multi-purpose lithium based grease.

Lubricate rear axle pivot with multi-purpose lithium based grease.

Lubricate telescopic boom with multi-purpose lithium based grease.

Clean debris from oil cooler, radiator and air conditioner condenser. Check cold coolant level in recovery tank. Add 50% ethylene glycol premixed with 50% water as needed. Check engine cooling system for leaks.

Check condition of hydraulic hoses, tubelines and connections. Repair or replace as needed.
