Turn off the AC input power and remove the cover.

Wait at least 10 minutes after all display lamps have gone out.

Confirm that the capacitors have fully discharged by measuring the voltage between DC+ and DC-.

Check the ambient environment for the following conditions

Are there any dangerous objects present?

Check if the voltage of main circuit and control circuit is correct using a multimeter.

Ensure all safety precautions are followed, including the use of PPE.

Review cautionary statements for each section.

Check the following items at least once a month

Check for irregular vibrations or sounds during operation.

Are the motors overheating during operation?

Measure the input voltage to the GS4 drive using a voltmeter.

Is the voltage within the operating range?

Ensure all safety precautions are followed, including the use of PPE.

Have you reviewed all cautionary statements for each section?

Check the torque of the GS4 power and control terminal screws.

Tighten terminal screws if necessary.

Conductor and Insulator Inspection

Ensure conductors are not corroded or damaged.

Ensure insulators are not corroded or damaged.

Turn off the AC input power and remove the cover.

Wait at least 10 minutes after all display lamps have gone out.

Measure the voltage between DC+ and DC- to confirm capacitors have fully discharged.

Is the voltage between DC+ and DC- less than 25VDC?

Check for any abnormal sound or vibration.

Inspect for deformation or damage.
