Opening the Battery Compartment
Press in the twist locks on the battery compartment cover as far as possible.
Twist the locks approximately 45° counter-clockwise to open the compartment.
Battery Replacement
Remove the old battery from the compartment.
Insert the new battery ensuring correct polarity.
Is the battery inserted with the correct polarity?
Closing the Battery Compartment
Align the twist locks according to their grooves and those on the cover.

Measure the battery voltage using the function key
Is the battery voltage within the normal range?
