Has the hydraulic attachment been removed from the carrier?

If the hydraulic attachment has not been removed, skip the next steps

Check the adapter plate bolts for excessive wear such as cracks, pitting or severe erosion

Sign off on the adapter plate bolt check

Secure the carrier such that it cannot move unexpectedly

Check all bolted connections regularly for tight fit

Tighten loose bolted connections and hose clamps to the torque required

Sign off on the bolted connections check

Check that the pipe clamps on the carrier are tight

Check the rubber isolators for cracks

Tighten the screw connections every day

NOTE! Replace the oil filter cartridges after the first 50 operating hours

NOTE! Check the oil filter and replace as required every 500 Hours

Carrier secured and cannot move unexpectedly

Visual inspection of all lines from the pump to the hydraulic attachment and back to the tank performed

Loose bolted connections and hose clamps tightened to the required torque

Damaged pipes and/or hoses replaced

Sign off on the hydraulic line check

Check the adapter plate for cracks

Check the outer and rotor housings for cracks

Report any rework activities or repairs needed

Consult the Atlas Copco Customer Center/Dealer in your area if major damage is found

Sign off on the weekly adapter plate check
