Fan Belt Adjustment
Support corner drive guard and remove screws holding corner guard to rear of tumbler.
Support drive guard cover and remove screws holding guard to rear of tumbler.
Cylinder Fore/Aft Clearance Adjustment
Safety Precautions
Disconnect electric power to the tumbler before servicing.
Close gas shut-off valve to gas tumbler before servicing.
Close steam valve to steam tumbler before servicing.
Ensure all guards/panels are in place before starting the tumbler.
Reconnect any removed ground wires to ensure proper grounding.
Cylinder Rim and Front Panel Flange Clearance Adjustment
Open loading door.
Measure the gap between the center of the front panel top flange and the cylinder rim. Ensure it is 8/32 inch ± 3/32 inch.
