The option to add voice comments with AI transcription has made our records more insightful and detailed. I also appreciate being able to create assets, locations, parts, and vendors on the fly.

10/10 would recommend as it is a useful tool and a great way to monitor and maintain equipment.

MaintainX is the best CMM program I have ever used.

MaintainX is very easy to use and learn. The implementation process was smooth. The system has a lot of capability in terms of work order and asset tracking, reporting, PM creation and tracking. The AI ability is the best I have seen in a CMMS so far.

I love this app. Very easy to open and to record any safety or maintenance issues , So easy to submit photos and any notes that need to go along with your observations.
