HSFDB Monthly PM
This procedure covers the monthly preventive maintenance of the HSFDB plate processing machine, including the lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, gas and electrical cabinet AC systems, plus a mechanical damage inspection. It also covers cleaning and lubricating the rails, checking the dump table, parts conveyor and axis movement, and recording the hour meter reading with photos of each PM area and any faulty findings.
