This weekly inspection guide will help you ensure that you are looking at how the entire system functions so you have a good idea of when things are beginning to wear out or need repair.
Inspect all axis motion each axis must move freely and smoothly
Inspect all chains - Chains must have proper tension
Inspect all swing arms - All swing arms must move freely, smoothly, and be synchronized
Inspect the chuck - Chuck jaw must move freely and smoothly
Inspect pneumatic lines and connections for leaks
Inspect all gas lines and connections for leaks
Inspect the chuck key tool. Chuck key tool must be intact and still square
