Optical Flow Sensor Installation (Remove BT) SOP
This procedure ensures that the optical flow sensor is correctly installed following the removal of the BT component, covering proper alignment, secure mounting, wiring connections, and system verification in accordance with established standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate flow measurement performance, preventing installation errors that could compromise sensor accuracy, and supporting reliable and compliant system operation from the point of commissioning.
Tools Required
Please ensure you have these tools.
Remove: Bottom Tray
The cart(s) have bottom trays but must be removed first before installing the optical flow sensor. Please remove the bottom trays before installing the optical flow sensor.
Step 1: Find a location where you can turn the cart 90 degrees on its side.
Step 2: Remove the 5 screws on the Bottom Tray, avoid damaging the internal cable with the 5th screw in the middle.
Step 3: Remove the bottom tray cable and the frame cable together.
Install: Optical Sensor
Now that you've removed the bottom tray (DO NOT THROW IT AWAY), you're now able to install the optical sensor.
Step 1: Unplug the male and female connectors of the two wires together
Step 2: Disconnect the Optical flow board cable and reconnect the bottom tray cable.
Step 3: Tape the Optical flow board cable.
Step 4: Disconnect the light board cable And remove the Fill light module along the bottom bumper.
Optical Flow Sensor Install Confirmation
Congrats on installing the optical flow sensor. You're almost done, please record the information.
Step 6: Record the Sensor ID serial number.
Step 7: Take a picture of the optical flow lens.

Work Completion: Bottom Tray Storage
You've completed the work. Please return the parts to store staff because these bottom trays will be reinstalled at a later point.
Return the bottom trays to customer service or store manager. Please inform to NOT throwaway the bottom trays. They need to keep them because the bottom trays will be reinstalled at some point.
