Merchant bar jig cradles Weekly inspection (Campbellfield VIC - Valmont Coatings - APAC)
This weekly inspection is used to check merchant bar jig cradles (J1–J10) for cracks, damage, and excessive wear so they stay safe and reliable in operation. Measure any questionable wear to confirm it's under 10% of the structural member, and report issues to the Maintenance Manager right away.
o Check for structural cracks and wear from process - if wear looks excessive measure to check ensure wear is less then 10% of structural member.
o Check lift points for wear – if wear looks excessive measure to check ensure wear is less then 10% of structural member
o Check any abnormal wear or damage.
o Report any issues to Maintenance Manager
