The procedure provides a 125-hour preventive maintenance inspection for compressors. It includes cleaning exterior surfaces, draining condensate, checking oil levels, and inspecting/replacing air filters to ensure reliable and safe compressor performance.

    Inspect and clean exterior surfaces.

    Drain Condensate from Air Receiver Tank.

    Inspect and Clean Air Filters

    However, the air filter cartridge should be replaced at the latest as specified in Section 10.3. Check air filter at least once a week or, if required, daily for the accumulator of dust. When carrying out maintenance work, make sure that no dirt gets to the clean air side of the air filter.
