    Check regulated gas pressure.

    Probe check

    Clean and Replace gas valve vent tube.

    Clean combustion air blower.

    Check fryer recovery time.

    Check combustion.

    Adjust combustion air blower, if necessary.

    Safety device check

    Frypot examination

    Wiring harness inspection

    Oil line inspection

    Calibrate remaining fryers.
