Pre-Inspection Preparation
Auxiliary Power Unit/Evacuation Power Unit
Check for proper coolant level
Check for proper engine oil level
Check for proper transmission/torque converter fluid level
Verify adequate fuel level
Confirm DPM & EPU coupling switch function
Document engine run in operating log
Batteries/Chargers
Check all batteries for tightness of terminals
Verify chargers are functioning properly
if the answer is "oneOf [FAIL]"
Emergency/Bullwheel Brake
Check Brake liners clearance, both sides
Check Brake liners thickness and condition, both sides
Verify all components are functioning properly
Test manual actuation with the hand pump
Inspect Brake system (Fluid & Hoses)
CAT Planetary (If applicable)
Check oil level
Visual inspection for leaks, vibration, unusual noises
Gearbox
Check Oil Level
Service Brake
Check Service Brake liner clearance, both sides
Check Service Brake liners thickness and condition, both sides
Verify all components are functioning properly
Test manual actuation with the hand pump
Inspect Brake system (Fluid and Hoses)
Grips/clips and Chairs
100% Grip/Clip and Chair inspection
Ride the lift for complete line inspection
