ESPEE Site Inspection before all events

This is to ensure that the operation personal who is working on the event has verified that a show has a work order that has been created and that a procedure check list has been issued.

    Inspection of all outdoor electrical outlets located on trees fence. Immediate repair is required if any electrical items are found. missing face plates, plug are not mounted on tree building All outlet must have outlet covers all out door tree lighting broke

    Inspection of all walkway within the depots and outside area (This will include outside the fence.) Look for conditions that can cause slip, trips or falls. If item is found block area and place a work order

    Inspection of all Handrails drink rails look for rough surfaces to prevent all type of laceration. (Remember look low make it Kid safe)

    Inspection of wood benches look area for splinters or lose bolts. (Bird dropping must be washed Health hazard) )

    Inspection of rentable table & chairs make sure they are safe & clean

    Inspection of all exit gates clear swing latching, closing, EXIT signage

    Inspection of Fire Exit a 48" clear travel space from depot to street

    All extension cords will be plug into a GFI protection do not use cord in wet or damp environments along with make sure the cord do not become a tripping hazard

    Placement of exterior Fire extinguishers must be within 75 feet or coordinate with on-site fire marshal

    Operation, F&B manager FOH Manager inspection of the site this must be done before load this will to list damage or item to be repaired along with placement of food equipment (inspection should be repeated once event has completed to list all damage & report back to event planner

    Fire Lane Inspection behind stage & back of depot work with on site Security

    Inspection of restroom fossettes, flush valves & exposed piping. (check all flushing no toilet back up) if problem found place work

    Inspection of restrooms dispensers toilet paper, hand towels, soap dispensers

    Placement of Ice trailer & portable toilet & additional dumpster must be approved by Director (NO BLOCKING OF DUMPSTER DOORS)

    Look at all bar equipment verify everything is working Includes walk in cooler

    Walking all Depot Building check leaks H.V.A.C other type of damage

    Look at the overall cleanliness of large stage vacuum carpet, place work order for damage , cleanliness of stage barriers

     inspect all catering stations for back patio, making sure no impact to staff travel along with fire exits from Depot 4 and Depot 3.  at any time cater it is not following venue, policies, and or fire code immediately notify Front house manager.
